Backyard Landscape Design and Construction with Pool, Spa, Cabana and Patio - Ridley Blvd, Toronto
Our client requested a design that incorporated a number of desirable features: a lawn large enough to accommodate soccer games, a swimming pool complete with a spa, a cabana, and a dining area. Lawrence Park Complete Garden Care constructed the area. The pool patio slabs are Techo-Bloc Travertina Raw, Ivory, and the retaining walls are made from Indiana limestone.
Garden Design with Diagonal Theme, Pool, Gazebo, Privacy Screens and Patios
This garden was designed with a consistent use of a 45 degree diagonal form. The backyard has a seating area, a gazebo suitable for dining, as well as a fountain, and a small swimming pool/spa. Decorative screens divide the backyard into smaller spaces.
Redesigned Backyard with Spa, Fire pit and Ping Pong Area - Glenrose Avenue, Toronto
A relatively narrow and long backyard which slopes significantly towards the south end of it made this garden challenging to design. The client wanted to have a spa, fire pit and ping pong areas.
Redesigned Front Yard that Has Order, Harmonious Colors, and Spatial Balance - Cortleigh Blvd, Toronto
Order, harmonious colors, balance = Beauty
Modern, Minimalist Front Yard with a Retaining Wall - Silver Birch Avenue, Toronto
This front yard needed a retaining wall, but a relatively narrow driveway and a city tree made its design challenging. The wall was designed as low as possible at the east end and Oaks' Modan- wall system, which does not require coping units, was used to protect car doors.
Front Yard Landscape Design with Retaining Walls and Stairs - Ridley Gardens, Toronto
A significant difference in elevation between the sidewalk and the front door would have resulted in a steep, imposing front yard. In order to make the entrance more inviting, the elevation was stepped by two shorter retaining walls instead of a single taller one. Plants were chosen to offer variety whatever the season.
Minimalist, Modern Front Yard Landscape Design & Construction - Inglewood Dr., Toronto
The client wanted to modernize their front yard utilizing straight lines and by incorporating a simple selection of plants. Only a single red Japanese Maple, white-blooming Hydrangeas, and ground-cover plants were used. Boxwood hedges frame the lawn areas. This design was created by the Realtime Landscaping Architect program.
Modern Front Yard Landscape Design with Water Theme and Wooden Frames - Logan Ave., Toronto
Both the front and back yards were redesigned. In the front yard, new wooden retaining walls replaced those rotted with age. The planted area was subdivided with lumber into smaller sections. An elevated water fountain welcomes visitors with its soothing sound. A beautiful wooden shed conceals the garbage bins. Seasonal plants provide variety throughout the year.
Landscape Design and Construction of a Large Property with an Interesting Visual Theme and Incorporating Long-blooming Plants - Glendora Ave., Toronto
This property was designed and constructed in its entirety. Two different types of concrete pavers were used in the driveway and sidewalks. Both the front and backyard stairs and planters were built from natural stone. Complementing taller evergreens and mid-size shrubs that blossom most of the summer, beautiful, low-growing Siberian Cypress blanket the ground. Elegant lamps and spotlights illuminate the front yard in the evenings.
One of the major goals of the backyard design was to create a garden which is easy to maintain and where there is always something in bloom throughout the summer. The lawn and planted areas are clearly defined. The separate BBQ and sitting areas are framed by beautiful plants, such as Rhododendrons, Rose Oso Easy 'Cherry Pies' and Lavender.
Modern Backyard with Patio under Pergola, Privacy Screens and Fountain - Logan Ave., Toronto
The backyard is filled with different areas of ambiance that appeal to the different senses. The sitting area offer a sense of close intimacy. Beautiful plants provide not only a pleasing scent, but also create a feeling of seclusion and privacy. An overhead wooden pergola serves as an sheltering cover. Underfoot concrete slabs afford a sense of solidity and substance. A wooden path with a couple of playful diversions proceeds from the house to the garage. A gurgling water fountain offers a sort of white noise muting nearby traffic noise.
Attractive Townhouse Garden with Long-blooming Plants and Flagstone Path - Ulster St., Toronto
The client wanted a natural looking side and front garden with a large selection of beautiful plants affording variety and interest throughout the growing season. The curving path is made from natural flagstones.
